missed calls do not display

Have a rezound with the ICS update and I am not sure if the problem was there before update but it s there currently.
Problem...If I am taking a call and another call comes in, I usually ignore it and keep talking. When this happens, the missed call is not logged. I do not see notification or a number. If I am reading a text message or sending one, I also do not get any calls. They just do not come through. The only way I know I had a missed one is if the caller left a voice mail message. I can get calls when I am not using the phone or text messaging. Anyone else having this problem or know of the fix? I do have the phone notification preview box checked under phone settings?
Help would be great.

FIXED!! I just cycled battery.

Same thing is happening to me. People are telling me they're calling me and I'm not getting missed calls. This just started happening recently. How did you fix it? What do you mean you cycled battery?

Cycled the battery=battery pull reset=with the phone turned on, remove the cover, pull the battery, wait 30 seconds, reinstall the battery and cover, then power on the phone.

I'm having the issue getting voice mails without getting missed calls. Battery pull only worked temporarily. issue came back... must be a memory leak somewhere in the coding.

As far as I can see, the coding for phone calls is clean as whistle... try the above recommendations, pull battery and SIM then reset after about 30 minutes, or a factory reset. If problems still continue, reflash the offical RUU (or the Global Mode one), or as a last resort contact VZW for a replacement.
