You'd think that Google would have a good search functionality in the market given they are the search king. However, the search function sucks in the market, especially on Android 1.5. So if you want to make sure you find the app you are looking for, download barcode scanner, then google search to find the app you are looking for (outside the market). Locate the barcode for the app and scan it in. You'll be directed to the app. It's the most foolproof way to find the app. Just because you can't find it in the market doesn't mean it's not there.
Still doesn't have Sherpa or Wertago showing up....how do I get these?Guys (and gals): Check your Market. This issue appears to be fixed. I saw a note about this being fixed in the Hero forums, and thought I'd check my phone (an Eris) just by chance. SURE ENOUGH, it has! There were 3 apps I could not find before and now they exist. I searched for some of the apps posted in this thread that people were not able to find and I can find them all now.
Can someone please check for 'eBuddy' and LMK? Thanks!
eBuddy comes up in my market search, no problem-o. Not sure what LMK is though?

I don't think it's as much added as whatever problem that prevented certain non 2.0 devices from seeing apps was fixed.

If you have the free one installed, open it, press menu and press "Upgrade to Elite". This takes you to the app in the marketplace.Another app missing from the Eris' market is the Elite (pay) version of WeatherBug. I've been in contact with them and they say they are aware of the issue and are working to get it fixed, but they don't know when that might be. The free (ad-supported) version shows up just fine.
