Maybe somebody else can find something better. But I liked how you could press and hold the pwr button with the volume button causing a screenshot to be taken. Also, I liked the flashlight that came with ICS. And none of the ones on Google Play are simple like these default ones... ugh!

Have you tried power + home combo? Hold it for about 2 seconds. Worked for me before I threw on a custom rom.
