Help Missing Contact

I have 177 contacts on Android and Google mail, then a week ago I added a new contact to my Milestone but for some reason, 7 days on, it still has not synced to Googlemail.

Does anyone have the same issue or know how to reslove it?

this has happened before but I manually added the contact to Google, but dont want to keep doing that.

Not to worry, since I upgraded the firmware, the auto sync was off. oops!
