Help Missing contacts in some dialers

Hi guys.

I wondered in someone could explain a problem to me.

All my contacts are synced with Google, and all display fine in the stock dialer, as well as others such as dialer one, go contacts, and dialer ex.

However in some other dialers some are missing?

It's baffling me as it's a problem that I've had since my first generation HTC. Desire days.

Problem ids I REALLY like these other dialer apps.

Judging from your post #1, I would have to say that the problem lies with the unnamed, 3rd party, dialer app's you have been using since your HTC days. I'm guessing they're not very good, particularly if this is a known problem with them and it has not been addressed by their developers.

I'm not convinced they're no good. The one I'm looking at is DW Contacts. Got a pretty good rating in the market.

Thanks for the advice Ironass, I'll stick with one that syncs okay.

I think it is safe to assume that if those dialers did not work on your HTC phone either, then it is not soley a Galaxy S2 problem. Just as a matter of interest, which dialers are you referring to?
