Help Missing /data/cdrom/autorun.iso

I recently had to restore my phone to factory settings, while doing so the autorun.iso was deleted and now the phone will not connect to my computer, the phone shows up as a cd-rom. I temporary rooted the phone and checked the system messages (dmesg) and it comes with an entry.. missing /data/cdrom/autorun.iso

does any one know how to restore the file?

Either installing the stock factory ROM, or getting someone to upload the autorun.iso file. I would upload the file myself, but I'm at work and on 1x it would be a LONG upload, 11.48MB.

An how does one get a hold of the factory ROM [MetroPCS]?
