Here's something that may change your mind back to thinking it's real. Yesterday @VZWOffers (an official Verizon twitter page) posted this:

"Wondering if @droidlanding is real? The only way to find out is to keep following."

As said before, I think these stupid clues are being tweeted because it's too still too early for the real ones. We'll know after this weekend.
 
Has anyone seen any advertisements for the Droid X anywhere in public? Maybe they are creating signage/billboards and there is a lock box attached to the base? Code to open would be "Droidlanding" or something, so that some schmuck couldn't just walk up and open the box without knowing about the page...

Ok I'm done speculating for now LOL.
 
Such a strange promo. I just don't see how they're gonna leave a Droid X box lying around in public in some random place. If it's real, I call dibs on the FL one if it's in Tampa Bay...and I will fight you for it, LOL.

I figure it is something like that or vehicles with Droid X wraps on them. Of course, vehicles would mean that they'd have to have someone there 24/7...

This is what my friend in Homestead will be looking for. Billboards facing north bound traffic from the Keys to Miami. So, I'll know later today if there's anything like that there. ^_~

I just don't feel driving all the way down there and then up again. I'll be lying if I say I won't be pissed if someone will find it here but I hope someone will find one elsewhere :D

What college is the vols mascot stand for.

hey i could be full of it but it is best i got for now. good luck i would not hunt anything till they tell us more. also try 3d glass on eye video. and a magnify glass lot of wierd stuff lots of different faces through out.

Last clue was hoover dam (or next to hoover dam)....I would say this narrows it down to either Reno or Las Vegas, but I'd place my bets on Vegas.
 
Not following how #4 would be in TN...

Clues say it was spotted on the east coast, and others have pointed out the "state of mind" clue points to New York. Maybe you know something the rest of us don't, but TN seems like a big stretch based on the clues...

Latest tweet is sounding like #1 is in Vegas...

Vegas is MUCH closer to the Hoover Dam than Reno...
