"Missing Droid X Real-World Give-Away" Contest (1st Post:Updated)

lets hope the person on here finds the droidx, I was convinced it wouldn't be worth it to travel DC today, and I probably would have gone to the Mall area, Bens chili bowl isn't exactly close to the Mall......
 
I'm wondering if the best place to be, if you get there early, is the bank across the street or just out of sight so they don't wait until you leave to hide the cert.

i would just stand right next to the guy the whole time.

he can't make u leave. and he has to hide it eventually.

the whole time i would be telling him, dude just give it to me now. i won.

i would make it blatantly obvious i was after the certificate in his pocket. and wouldnt leave until he gave it to me
 
is it just me or is this too easy? Just google the final clue and it gets you right there, then the coords drop and you run to the exact spot. The only work needed is to find where they hide the cert. Poor vision need not participate!
 
i wish one of these hunters that were going out would use QIK and use a live stream to the web....

unless that was their only means of GPS. but these guys said they had "everything" so one of their phone could have been used to shoot live video

I actually ate there relatively recently and my friend that I was there with was raving about how it's the best spicy chili ever... So it's the first thing that came to mind!

The hard part we already did. Imagine if people didn't know the city ahead of time. We know them because we've worked it out, but any just casual follower probably wouldn't know.

yeah kinda lame..

i googled lobster in boston just to see if it was the same and James Hook was the 2nd listing on there...
 
But didn't somebody say yesterday that they were sitting right next to the guy the whole time and they waited for him to leave before they placed the certificate down? I could be wrong, but I don't think they'd want to "hide" it when they knew someone was watching. Although it is kinda lame to not reward the person who figured it out and make them wait until the coordinates are posted.

i would have never of left.. they would have had to postpone the whole hunt then.

the final clue would have been given and the coords would never been posted...

----Didn't those guys say they would be on the forum while hunting?
