When I plug my Epic 4G it into my computer, using the USB cord that came with the phone (as well as others), I keep getting a message to insert the disc...no driver can be found.
I don't have a disc so I have the computer check online for the driver, but none can be found.
When I open the Device Manager, under "Other Devices" I see "SAMSUNG CDMA Technologies."
I right click on this, click "Properties" and in Device Details I see "This device is not configured correctly. (Code 1)"
It also says there is no driver selected for the device information set or element. I click on "reinstall" to reinstall the driver but I get a message stating there is no driver. Inspite of USB not being installed/found on my computer, the phone seems to show a connection. How can I get this driver properly configured/installed?
