Root Missing "My apps" in market downloads

I just rooted with Z4 with no problems. installed adfree and titanium backup. I noticed that in My Apps in market is missing all my apps that are installed. It shows 2 that were recently added but all of my old ones do not show. Any ideas on what this could be and a fix for it?

DX with froyo and ADW ex launcher.
 
Menu>Settings>Applications>Manage Applications>Market>Clear Cache
Then reopen Market. Everything should be there.
 
^ didn't work. tried several reboots as well and nothing. if I reinstall the app it will show up but none of the ones that are already there. Thanks for the suggestion though.
