Help Missing the News App in 4.0.4

I have the At&T version of Pantech Burst. Not sure if this makes a difference. But before I upgraded to Android 4.0.4 I had a app or a widget called "news" it was really great. I didn't realize I would loose some apps. Was this dropped from this version? Was it a Pantech widget? P.s. I am posting multiple new posts to keep my issues in separate threads.
 
If it is no longer under the app drawer it may have been removed due to the update, i think your best bet would be to search for an alternative in google play =[
