Help Missing word

Not got a clue what is going on with my phone

I am unable to use the word "am" on my phone no matter what application!!!!

I have even tried to add the word but it still wont come up?

You will appreciate this is a frequantly used word and 'an' just isnt the same

This is probably the weirdest complaint I've ever seen sir. All I can recommend is a factory reset.

Odd one.

Have you tried playing around with the 'Touch input' settings in Menu > Settings > Language & keyboard? (You can add a word to the dictionary via that list of settings, as opposed to the keyboard screen.) It might also be worth selecting a different language to see if that jogs things back.

Another option is to try installing a third party keyboard, like SwiftKey X.

The word is actually in the user dictionary....
It just NEVEr recognises it.....

very very odd.......texting will also lag at times
