Help Missing ?

[Mihai92]

Hey guys, so i updated my phone officially via Kies today to Android 4.1.2 and i see that some "features" are missing.
For example the lock screen doesnt have a water drop effect type like S3 has and also i dont have the stock wallpaper and dandelion from S3 and Note 2.
Is it just my phone or did 4.1.2 not bring these updates ?

Ripple effect is not present in stock 4.1.2. I don't know about the wallpapers though.

To get them, u can install mods or use custom ROMs.

That's weird. The t-mobile US version gave us the Dandelion wallpaper anyway. I'm not sure what the raindrop effect your talking about is.

Search for 'ripple lock screen' on YouTube.

Its a very intuitive and pleasing lock screen.

I think we got that with the t-mobile update as well. There is that kind of dropped a rock in a pond effect if you just hold your finger on the lock screen and you can add program shortcuts to the lock screen now without rooting. I didn't see a way to add widgets though. I hope someone figures out a solution to Mihai92's problem.

Try 'Settings - Lockscreen - Lockscreen Options - Ripple effect' and turn it on.

Nope , it seems mine did not get it.
As for the Dandelion, i just got the S3 mini image from google and use it as a wallpaper. I find it very pleasing xD
