misterhouse intergration.

I'm throwing out ideas for apps, hoping some one will get inspired and write an app, Misterhouse is run on a server in your house and has many many
options for home automation etc. and is controlled with a web interface.
the android device be a remote for your house.
 
I'm in the "green" construction industry as an earth moving sub contractor. A general contractor that I sub for is very interested in home automation/domotics. I just activated my Droid X today and there are two other guys that I work with who have Droids. As popular as Droids are becoming and with the source being pretty much GNU, I think an X10 system like AutoHTN (Home Theater Network) with server software for Linux and client app for Droid would be very valuable.
 
FYI, if you are talking about offering home automation services to customers, then don't even think about going with X-10.
