Root MIUI 1.11.25-Triumph camera issue

I have been using MIUI 1.11.25-Triumph and loving it, but recently out of the blue the camera just stopped working and I keep getting camera can't connect issues, they camera did work before and now doesn't any fixes or tricks anyone?
 
I have no problem with the camera...it used to work you say? Was anything uninstalled? Added? Etc? Or did it just randomly crap out?
