MIUI default homescreen won't change

Hey, recently i've downloaded MIUI Rom. Yea,it looks pretty great with all those flashy icons. But, there is a few problem. That is, whenever i try to to change the theme, some things that are supposed to change according the theme pack doesn't change such
-Default home screen
-Default SMS
-Default status bar
. I've try to re-flash the rom and it still the same.I also try to use other theme pack but the problem still the same.
