Root MIUI Rom and Samspoon Iphone theme

Ive been running CM6 and its very snappy and quick. But I just found this rom/theme combo and it looks very appealing. I was wondering If i would backup my apps the same way and could download mybackup through the app market the same. This rom appears completely different so I didnt know if there was a different route of restoring after i wipe to install this new rom.
 
This is what I am testing out. Pretty much exactly like an iphone. Its neat. Just backup and restore apps. Only difference is everything is on your home screen, like the iphone.
