Root miui wont recognize root

I'm running the miui 4.0 rom but when I try to use rooted apps I says I'm not rooted. checked for sure updates and it says update failed such binary not found. is there a way to get this working has any one else encountered this?

It happened to me a month ago. The dev still hasn't fixed it. I'm going to have to pull the link from the All Things Root Guide

And I also think that incoming SMS is broken, but it's okay, as no further updates can be released from me.

I'm more focused on MIUIgb, CNA, and my other secret project as of right now.
