MLB at Bat 2010 audio problem 2.2

just wondering if anyone else is having the problem Im having.
Ill be listening to a game on the app and the audio will just stop working.
Also I cant seem to escape out of the app. I have tried backing out using the arrow key, Ive tried using the "quit" option on the app and Ive tried to stop it using the phones running services. Only way to turn it off has been to power off the phone and power it back on again

I get audio drops on MLB At-Bat but it usually picks up after a few seconds. I also get audio rewinds where the audio drops back about 30 seconds and then eventually skips forward. Started with froyo update.

Im getting the "rewind" also. But when mine drops it never seems to come back unless I restart it
