Help MLB.com audio on EVO?

Has anyone ever used the gameday audio from MLB.com to listen to baseball games on their EVO? I don't want to spend $20 if it won't work. I downloaded the MLB At Bat free app but would like to listen to game too.

I had the mlb at bat app last year, and the streaming audio was great. Even with sprint's crappy 3g speeds I never had a problem. If you are a baseball fan and listen to it a lot, I would highly recommend spending the money for the summer.

Thanks for the reply. I'll give it a shot.

Just another idea if you need...You can get the XM radio app and they have all the mlb channels. It's got a free trial with it. After that I think it's $7 a month or something like that.

I just got the 2011 at bat app on my evo. I've always loved this app before on my iphone. Great for listening to games when you're out of the broadcasting area. I'm having issues with background static and electronic blips and noises though. Anyone else dealing with this/know how to fix this?
I've listened over 3G, 4G, and wifi with all of the same results.

Welcome to the Forums! Maybe because the season hasn't started yet? :p:D

Sorry... I haven't tried that app. anyone else?

After reading a bunch of reviews for the pay version of At Bat...it definitely looks like there is an issue with audio. I don't think I'll buy this until the audio feature is fixed.

Well, I bought the full version of AtBat and it works very well. The audio is pretty good. I think the problem people are having are with the poor audio located in some of these spring training facilities.

Maybe there is some truth to what shmn has shared about a flawed application, or trouble spots in training facilities, but if not:

Try this fix! It should hopefully fix your streaming quality issues. If not, there is another fix for Pandora radio streaming that might help, although I have no experience with that one (Search the forums for it).
