oh i thought he did... he said it would be up tonight and that was back on the 16th so i dont know..

the file in metamorph just says its missing the theme xml...

Flash it anyways. Just select pick existing theme. Go into the folder and select the xml. It's there. Only flash the framework.

You can't metamorph clock colors.

When I go to enable it just says theme Control file is missing and nothing happens

this is a metemorph theme it has to be installed with the app metamorph. and its probably not compatible with velocity 1.0 or 1.1 if thats what your running.
