Help mmi code cancelled or connection problem when check ballance

i have problem when check balance...it always appear "mmi code" or " conection problem"...

help me..

that is usually line problem, not your phone..

I am using NTT docomo, model-L07C in Bangladesh.
when I going to check my balance, it shows that "MMI code cenceled".

I noticed if any number starting with "*" (for check balance *778#) then the msg appears.

Pls. help...........

if u did get to see your balance, then its ok.. its the same like mine, after seeing my balance, 'MMI code cancelled' appears..
