Help MMS app Issues

My Messaging app recently stopped pulling contact photos from my contacts and I have searched but can't find any sort of tips. My contacts still show all photos (some are facebook while others are google) so I am a bit stumped. Last time this happened it was a social network sync issue and because the photos still show up in my contacts I doubt this is the issue. Any help would be appreciated.

Stock messaging app or other?

It is the stock app. I guess I should include all info about my phone...dur.

I am rooted, running skyraider sense 4.0.

Reflashing the rom would probably solve the problem, but other than that, you could try clearing the data for messaging, the people app, and facebook.

So I wiped all the data and cache and I got some of contact photo to show up but not all of it. I am just going to reflash the ROM and hope for the best.

Would using the "fix permissions" option in ROM manager have anything to do with this? Thinking about it that was the only thing I did root wise before I started loosing contact photos.

it's possible, but I've heard of people having the same issue on an unrooted phone.
