If you call your service provider ...they should be able to tell you if MMS is available for you and if so ..how to configure it for your Account ..

I am on T-mobile prepaid,,what settings should I use for mms?

Might be talking of the top of my head here but I found on my last phone which was pay as you go - when I sent my first MMS it activated the account.
