Help Mms errors

I have just got a HTC Desire HD using on Vodaphone,am having problems sending & receiving MMS. Keep getting Generic Network Error ...can anyone help

Hello spur61.

Do you have the APN settings with the word, "default" manually entered? If not, that could be the reason you're seeing the error messages on mms sending.

No default doesnt appear,

I had to update my phone before I could receive MMS.

Go to Settings -> About Phone -> System Software Updates -> Check now.

I was on Orange mind.
