I cant seem to send any pic messages on my DHD...on vodafone,but the phone was bought unbranded and unlocked....tried resetting,even phoned vodafone who e-mailed me a load of settings....entered them still the same,anybody got any ideas??
I had this problem when I brought my DHD unbranded, I am on 3 and was not able to receive MMS messages I would just get a download link in the message from which i got an 'generic network failure' message when I clicked on it.
The only thing that worked for me was to do a factory reset once I did this the problem went away, be sure to backup your phone to HTCSense.com FIRST so that you dont lose your contacts etc, you will unfortunatley lose any apps you have downloaded though.

I'm on Vodafone also but have no problems sending or receiving mms.
What you could try is to remove the sim card and switch phone on. Then insert the sim card and a pop up should appear asking you which contract type you are on. Select monthly contract etc........ and the phone should set itself up.
I have done this with both my O2 and Vodafone sim and the phone sends mms as it should.
