Help Mms issues

Anyone having issues with Mms? Occasionally picture messages won't download. I think it's a wifi thing but I couldn't figure out how to fix or prevent it. Toggling off wifi did not fix this the message still says downloading.

On my wife's stratosphere we found turning off the auto-retrieve function fixed the MMS issue. You just now have to tap the picture to initiate the download.
