Root MMS low pixels or small

I have the phonenix ROM running on my phone CDMA/nTelos. Finally figure out why it will not send out MMS. I needed to config. the APN. Once I did that it will send pics and I can receive. But they are blurry or images are small. Is it a ROM issue? Or still a APN issue? I have my kids phones that I have not rooted yet and they do fine on the network. So I think it is a ROM thing. Any ideas or help?

Thank for the thread, but even the last post it was saying how it was sending or receiving small pics also. I did not see a fix for it. I also reinstall the factory ROM and pulled the APN from it with APN Restore. The darn thing had 43 APNs. Now I can't send any mms at all. I need a APN exspert, or specialist.
