I had this issue somewhat with my previous phone, but it seems to be occurring every time. Whenever I go to send a pic via MMS it will never send (using Handcent or the stock app). I've got full bars and strong 4G at the moment and it is still happening. It is not carrier specific either as the issue remains when I send to Verizon/Boost/Sprint. I've heard other people on various phones have had success with enabling/disabling airplane mode, but it does not work for me. However, I did find that restarting the phone has a 95%+ success rate, but it is really annoying to have to do that every time.
