Help MMS not working

Anyone else having trouble sending mms messages? I havent been able to successfully send mms messages in about a week or more. I had this problem a while back then it went away(mostly )after a few days of testing and tweeking. But now it is back

I saw this problem on a friends phone and told him to put a 1 before the area code and it worked. Some states have passed laws requireing that you use the full 11 or 10 digits to make a phone call.

It is probably the stupid phone reception.

You can't send mms if you have 1x

I an constantly on 4g I knew that much and I looks like it is sending the arrows light up and stay lit for a few then they shut off and bout 2-5 I get notified that my message failed to send

I'm able to send MMS on 1x just fine all the time

MMS sending works on 1x. It's just horribly slooooooooow.
As far as adding a 1 in front of the number to get to 11 digits, that's news to me!
I've not had any mms sending/receiving problem on my end, though. Although i must admit I don't use the stock messaging app, and prefer to rely on Go Dev Team's Go SMS Pro application for all my messages, including using their servers when sending mms messages. So if you have problem with the stock mms app, try Go SMS - available on the market for free (!!!!!) - and see if that's better!\

That law was passed in California years ago but not all phone service providers are implementing tho.

Where are those settings at? I use Go SMS Pro also but I use stock for MMS because the stock MMS compresses large photos. I even tried adjusting the Go size settings.
