MMS on an Atrix 4G

I can not receive a picture message on my Atrix 4G. My internet works and i can send pictures. What setting am I missing?

Enough free storage space to store the pictures? No app that can display that file type?

Is the message being sent from an iPhone?

I've read (here) that iMessage isn't compatible with regular SMS messages (but there should be a "regular" SMS app on the sending iPhone if they use that).

Just a thought...
