Help MMS problem with phone or android OS??

I noticed on my Atrix that I am getting errors when MMS pics are coming in. They eventually go away when the pics shows up on my messages(also happens with videos). I used to have the Evo from sprint and it was the same thing. I thought it was Sprint's network. I just received a pic msg at 11pm at night and the time sent was at 1:34pm earlier in the afternoon. It was a pic from my wife and she has an IPhone 4. I had no problems when I had an Iphone also with sending mms. They were received quickly. NOW, is this an ATT network issue or a problem with the android phone itself? sending from Iphone iOS to android OS?
 
Could be a service issue. Sometimes they get delayed, kinda just happens. I've gotta an error when I try to download a MMS picture someone sends me sometimes. You click download and nothing happens. It says" downloading" but nothing ever appears.
 
I had a similar problem with Atrix 4g would say downloading but nothing happened. So I rebooted and the pictures showed up intantly at startup.
