Help MMS problem

I can't send an MMS .
I have Smart/Talk N' Text as my network provider and I have Smart Internet and Smart MMS as APNs .
But everytime I try to send an MMS it says " Unable to send message . It will be sent when service becomes available "
I have the correct APN settings and yet I still can't sen a single MMS .
Please help .

Switch the mobile data on and then send the MMS ..
Data should be enabled to send mms I think
