Help MMS sending failures

Hi everybody. I have had this phone for about a month and a half and 3 weeks ago it quit sending mms. It will recieve and do everything else. ST is about a joke getting any help. I'm new to the smartphones and dont want to end up with a brick.
 
It receives mms? Or it receives everything else, but doesn't receive or send mms? If it just doesn't receive mms, are you sure the phone sending them can send them? Is it sending mms to other phones?

You're right about customer service - Carlos Slim could get better for his money by having someone write an automated CS program to run on the website.

At least the last time I needed them (this morning), the supervisor I ended up with (not in the US) admitted that she couldn't help me, and that someone from "escalation" ("Who wants to be 'escalation' today?") would get back to me by tomorrow.) We'll see.

But your problem could be a glitch in the APN, a problem with the other phone or a problem with the OS - any of which can be fixed.
