Root MMS showing up as a slideshow/video

Hi there.

I've been trying to find out how to fix this but I have not been having any luck. When I receive a picture message that also contains text it keeps showing up as a video or slide show. When the picture is sent alone there is no issue. Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

Is it only like that from that one person sending you the mms's?

Messages (pics) from my wifes blackberry torch do this when I get them. Some people she sends them to can't even get them.

I've had it happen a few times. An ex used to send me pics all the time and it always ALWAYS came up as if it was a video.

Doesn't seem to happen anymore. What SMS program do you use?
