Help Mobile AP no internet access?

I'm running my captivate on COG 3.04, and can't get internet access through Mobile AP. The computer connects to the phone fine, but has "limited access" does anybody know why this is happening? Does it matter what your current service is, ie 3G or not?

Mine will occasionally do that but I give it a minute or two and it will work just fine.

If you're on Windows 7, right click on the connection and do troubleshooting. I do that and it usually connects at the end or after a minute or two.

I figured out a pretty easy way to do it. Use the tethering first, run trouble shoot on new network, then mobile ap connects in a flash with internet. Thanks all.
