Help Mobile browsing problem

Hey guys I'm having an issue connecting to non wifi internet. I have gone through my settings and everything appears to be turned on however when I open my mobile browser I just keep getting a message saying web page not available. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Cheers.

Several. Non coverage, full history and/ or cach, account not set up for net, need to go to settings and allow. Just a few. Contact your provider for troubleshooting but do it on a different phone.
