I have a problem - mobile data is not working, factory reset is not helping.
The weird thing is that Waze works perfectly fine (it's getting traffic info online) and I can browse Google store - but I can't browse regular web pages (won't load at all) and I can't download any applications (shows error 194 IIRC), also YouTube doesn't work etc.
Guys from my carrier couldn't help and told it's a software problem and I should send my phone to warranty service. As I mentioned already, factory reset is not helping.
For now it's all stock. I'm thinking about rooting the phone and installing CY - do you reckon it might help with this issue, or is the warranty service the only way?
The phone is Ace 2 and it runs Jelly Bean.
