Help Mobile Data Problem

So I've had this phone for a couple of months now with no issues but for some reason, the mobile data on the phone has suddenly stopped working. I still get 4G signal but the phone is just not connecting to the internet, I still have about 1GB of data usage left for the month as well. The phone still works completely fine over wifi, so any ideas why it won't work using the mobile data?

You might need to contact your carrier. Sometimes they need to "re-provision" your account to correct these kind of errors.
