Mine gets incredibly hot too, usually while charging and using it at the same time but sometimes just while using it. I've had it less than 2 days and it's been over 112 degrees plenty of times, though it felt hotter at that temp than my Behold II did at 129 degrees (according to Battery Indicator). The difference between the two is that the Behold would mostly get hot on the back, and the Sensation's back AND screen get uncomfortable to touch. I'm not sure if that's because it's so much thinner that the heat comes through the front too on the new phone or whatever, but it's making me wonder if I need to replace it.
