Hi, all.... we have a new Ascend from Straight Talk and I am searching everywhere for an android app or instructions on enabling it to be a mobile hotspot. I have downloaded two free apps, which don't do anything and assumed not compatible. I would so appreciate any ideas on how to do this!

Have you tried PDANet with no success? It allows you to tether via USB cable. The free version surfs anywhere but secure sites, whereas the paid version surfs anywhere. Just a thought
