Help Mobile Hotspot help?

I lost my internet service for a few hours today and decided to try to use my Incredible to surf the 'net. I fired up the 3G Mobile Hotspot, my computer found it, connected to it, but I couldn't open any websites. Said I had no internet connection. This a problem in the phone? Computer? Not great with computers, any help is appreciated!
 
Yep. I remember signing up for it thinking i'd never use it lol. Its on and connected, just a computer issue I think.
