anybody had this kind of problem? everything seems to work fine but i always seem to get "limited or no connectivity". my laptop can connect to the phone but after that i cant get on the internet and i know i have good signal.
What's your definition of "good signal"? More than 2 bars in 4G? If you're getting a good signal on 3G, then that may be your problem. I notice I get a good 3G coverage but if I don't turn off 4G, then the phone starts acting weird and while it attempts to give me 4G coverage, it cuts 3G, then goes down to 1X, and then nothing. Let us know if you are getting good 4G or good 3G signal, will make a difference.
Well first thanks for showing me how to turn off 4G. And I guess I do need a stronger signal so imma wait til I'm somewhere with superb signal strength and then try again. I just thought it should have worked since when I tether with the usb cord everything works fine. But I guess it doesn't work like that.
I have trouble with the wifi connection dropping all the time at home, of course my 4g connection is spotty at best. When I'm in a good 4g area, i don't have nearly the trouble. I even had a co-worker connect his iphone 4 to my wifi because his 3g signal sucked and wanted to download an app.
