Help Mobile internet signal dropping

I got a replacement M8 yesterday after the speaker popped on my first one after only 15 days of use.

On the new M8, my mobile internet singnal randomly drops. I'm in the UK, and I've had consistently full reception with H+ and 3G.

I've phoned EE (the network) and they say the signal in my area should be good and they are not carrying out any maintenance.

Running a speedtest I'm mostly getting 11mbps, but I've just run one at 0.05mbps, before getting "network error" (bars full, H+).

It was down all night yesterday, been fine most of today and now dropping again.

Is this a known issue? Should I be returning my phone asap?

Thanks

I think EE are telling you porkies .... I own a One (m7) and my internet kept dropping out 3 days ago, after insisting it couldn't be my phone I was told to reset my APN to default, then turn off and turn on again.... this worked a treat, although it did drop out one more time. Doing it all again cured that and i've had no problem since

Cheers for the reply....I tried resetting APN to no avail. 0.01mpbs on ookla speedtest followed by network communication problem.

I'm worried about leaving this too long incase it is a phone problem...will try contacting EE again and see if they say anything different.

My work get discount with vodafone so everyone around me is using them....murder trying to get someone to compare with!
