For the past 30 minutes, my Incredible has had zero bars...no 3G and no 1X. I tried to open the web browser and it said no data service could be found and that I needed to enable wifi or the mobile network. I checked the settings for the mobile network and it says "turning on" and it's greyed out. What's going on here? I've already tried turning it off/on again 3 times now.

Did you try soft resetting your phone? Other than that it sounds like a Verizon issue.

What's a soft reset? I already powered it off and on 3 times.
Edit: Now it's displaying 3G again, but with zero bars of strength (I've never gotten more than 1 bar). Maybe it was something on VZW's end. But, so I'll know for future reference, what is meant by a soft reset?

A soft reset is powering down the phone and and back up, which sounds like what you have done. I feel that it could be a Verizon issue, try calling them.
Try *228 send it will restart your phone. I had the same problem,now is working fine
Unfortunately I can't because every time I dial it, the call drops after a couple seconds. I have to use wifi just to get a data connection.
