mobile odin not compatible?

Any idea why mobile odin is not recognizing my device? It is among the compatible devices to use along with the app.

Edit your build prop..
Product model = SPH-D710VMUB
just erase the VMUB and save your build prop.. Don't worry it will backup your build prop automatically just incase of a mistake...
