Mobile Odin qustion

OK so I'm on jellybean can i go back to ICS on.mobile.Odin or do i need to use Odin desktop to flash an ICS ?
Can i not use el26 to flash back to ICS if i wanted to?

Well Mobile Odin does not handle modems on out phone properly. You could Flash in a modem under CWM recovery then Mobile Odin the rest (get everything needed on your phone before you start). If you made a good backup of ICS before you left You could do a restore.

Nah i can't restore after i installed beats pro from.the market i got a boot loop caused me 17 hours to restore then when i finally did restore i lost my baseband. So i upgraded to jb then fl04 finally went after gb27
I don't mind doing all the work under el26 i just wanna make sure i don't hit the brick bug I'm quite positive my research has done fair and that i do not possese the chip but at any giveing point it could still happen.
But all in all i can downgrade from job to ICS just by using el26 correct?

You should be able to flash back to an ICS ROM. Other than maybe going to something like CM I can't imagine why anyone would want to. The TW ICS is a patchwork job in comparison to the TW JB.
