Mobile photo upload quality

I noticed that when uploading a photo to Facebook the quality is really bad... if not awful. Is there a setting I can change? Is there a difference between uploading via the gallery, facebook app or HTC's facebook option?

I would go through the Market Facebook, I wouldn't upload through the gallery, although I have before with this phone, and the pictures are super clear, in your camera press menu and search for the quality option, make sure that is maxed out?

I can't help you here that much, just use the official Facebook app.
