Help Mobile Registration IP Error

Does anybody know what this means and how I can stop it? It happens several times a day and is pretty annoying. It only really happens at work which I do work on a 18 floor building but still. Pretty annoying

Try going to settings > system update > update profile.

That usually works for me.
