I use DroidLite Live Free to stream my internet radio station (see sig). I have a 96kbps mp3 stream setup that's private and just for this purpose. I have the typical buffering and drop-outs from signal strength and what not. My problem is that when I get TXTs or Emails it totally drops my stream. I notice the 3G switches to 1X when TXTs come in and calls are made (calls don't bother me if it interrupts my stream, cuz duh).
I guess my question is this a player issue or just a phone capability issue? The free version of DLL doesn't allow adjusting the buffers but I don't know if that would help.
Your thoughts or suggestions on a better app would be most appreciated!
